Mark The Beginning Of Forever With CK’s Eternity Now

Just in time for the mushiest, supremely romance-laden day of the year (yes, Valentine’s Day, genius), Calvin Klein brings to us Eternity Now for men and women.

Not only does the name and tagline, which says ‘Forever Starts Now’, spell out romance, even the campaign is probably the most aww-worthy thing you’ll see on the Internet. Apart from kittens on YouTube, of course.

Celebrating love and eternity, CK’s new fragrance prides itself with supermodels Jasmine Tokes and Tobias Sorenson up-close and intimate on its campaign. The power couple has an inspiring love story to tell that is right out from a heart-warming movie. Talk about perfection.Calvin-Klein-Eternity-Now-Fragrance-Campaign-Tobias-Sorensen-Jasmine-Tookes

For men, on the other hand, the perfume is a spicy blend of coconut water, ginger, star anise, star fruit, patchouli, Madagascar vanilla, Moroccan cedar wood, tonka bean and cedar leaf.

Eternity Now comes in two sizes for both men and women and is available online for couples looking to buy a great gift for their significant other. Hurry! V Day is less than a week away!

10 Male Fashion Icons Who’ve Got Their Style Game Going Strong

The unintentional cold war between Mars and Venus is a constant that can never die down. So if women can strut the streets in head turning attire and set statements, can men be far behind? Here are 10 men who have been and will be forever associated with the term ‘style icon’.

  1. Steve McQueen

Before you roll your eyes at this predictable addition, let’s just say McQueen has totally earned it! It has never been about what he wore but how he wore it. Enough said.steve mcqueen

  1. Jean-Michael Basquiat

A celebrated graffiti artist in the 80s, Basquiat managed to create massive waves on the fashion front as well. He modeled for a Japanese label and partnered with Andy Warhol among a number of other achievements. Basquiat had a rather quaint desire of always wearing expensive suits while creating his masterpieces.jean_michel_basquiat_by_minackson-d32kna92

  1. Cristóbal Balenciaga

Really? Do we even need to explain why Balenciaga is one of history’s most celebrated male icons? The flag bearer of the double-breasted, sharp and tailored suit, Balenciage brought monochrome dressing in the spotlight.balenciaga

  1. Ryan Gosling

Did you just go “What?! This guy?” We had our doubts as well but Google Images was more than happy to correct our misconception. And no we’re not just biased because The Notebook made us feel things we didn’t even know existed but simply because the man knows how to dress up.Ryan-Gosling-Hot-Tea1

  1. James Dean

not just a pretty face, James Dean was a known rebel of his time who impacted minds in more ways than one. Not just was he a superbly convincing actor but also an outright trend setter.jd1

  1. Nickelson Wooster

  1. Johnny Depp

Can you come with even one name that could’ve walked off as Jack Sparrow, Willy Wonka, Edward Scissorhands or The Mad Hatter and look half as comfortable in his skin and convincible? That is simply because Johnny Depp carries off all his looks with the utmost panache be it unkempt dreadlocks, pale white skin or even a simple jeans and T!Johnny-Depp-D-johnny-depp-32536585-520-600

  1. Giovanni ‘Gianni’ Agnelli

A business tycoon who ruled the Italian subcontinent’s economy for almost 3 decades, Agnelli was admired as much for his style as he was for his business sense. 1. Colin Tennant

The 3rd Baron Glenconner, Lord Glenconner was a Scottish aristocrat known for his ways of ‘having fun’. These included buying islands and turning them into a “multimillionaires’ playground”. Glenconner dressed up in fresh and bright hues and often accessorized with wide-brimmed hats. The fact that his off-beat style statements totally worked (even in the 80s!) – earns him a spot as a fashion icon.lord

  1. Terence Stamp

You know a person knows his wardrobe when he refuses to be styled even for a photoshoot and instead go by his own taste. Say hello to Terence Stamp, one of the best dressed in London who also happens to be renowned Mayfair tailor Doug Hayward’s earliest clients.terence stamp

5 Times We Said Yes To OTT!

For the uninformed, OTT is short for ‘over the top’. Now we know what you’re thinking. How can anyone in their right minds say yes to anything over the top?! But let’s just say that that’s the beauty of art. And fashion, good people, is also art.

With the VMA 2015 still a fresh memory in our heads and the New York Fashion Week taking our eyeballs by storm, the runways and red carpets are giving more to our soul than Chicken Soup ever could! Here are 5 times we gave a huge nod to OTT!

  1. Michael J. Willett

So Willet was all suited for the award show. Big deal! Well, it is one. Because, hello! Did you not see the suit? Clad top to bottom in a fabric that shouts out OTT, Michael still managed to score sighs from the ladies! Kudos!Screen Shot 2015-09-12 at 12.57.11 AM

  1. Jeremy Scott & Miley Cyrus

When you hear that designer Jeremy Scott is collaborating with Miley Cyrus, you know you’re in for a blast. Not a good one. But the duo not only pulled off a rather impressive show – with Miley putting together the eclectic jewelry and Scott a kitschy range – but also left us awestruck arrayed in all those colors!509853951MB00004_Jeremy_Sco

  1. Custo Barcelona

Custo Barcelona’s S/S ‘16 range is every boho junkie’s fantasy. A woven jacket with a a rexine yoke; a crochet shirt and rexine drawstring trousers are items you’d rethink wearing, let alone coupling together. Obviously, the designer thought otherwise and (surprisingly enough) we’re all for it!large_cus_ss16_011

  1. Desigual

Print on print is a sure shot recipe for disaster. But clearly not in this case. The pleasingly harmonized colors just ease out the prints paired color blocks. And Perspex boots! We rest our case.large_dgl_ss16_019

  1. BCBG Max Azria

Too bad we can’t throw in all the pictures from BCBG’s show but here’s a snippet to give you an idea. Yet another collection playing with prints, the androgynous silhouettes and the muted tones completely have us floored!large_bcb_ss16_067

Exciting news for fragrance fans! Miuccia Prada launched Miu Miu in 1993, as the younger, more playful and quirky sister to her main brand, Prada. A little more than two decades later and they’ve finally announced their first ever perfume, which will officially release in September of this year, exclusively at Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman’s. Online shopping, HELLO. The face of the new fragrance is the gorgeous French-English actress Stacy Martin, and the photographer of the advertising campaign is Steven Meisel.

Apparently, this newbie focuses on lily of the valley supported by notes of jasmine, rose and green notes, as well as a special ingredient called akigalawood, which imbues the scents of patchouli, pepper and oud. The fragrance will be available as 30, 50 and 100 ml Eau de Parfum accompanied with perfumed body care products (shower gel, body lotion, body cream) and we can’t wait to get our hands on that amazing, almost retro looking turquoise flacon!

So, if we’re going to talk about this seriously and scientifically, Carlsberg has stated facts about its lager, which is full of barley, hops and yeast that are essentially bursting with vitamin B and silicium. Both are said to be great for the skin and hair. You could also basically read this and compute: beer is good for you. You know we did!

Kidding aside, in one of the best bits of news we’ve heard all month, Carlsberg has put forth a limited edition range of male grooming products — shampoo, conditioner and body lotion — and each product in this Beer Beauty series contains 0.5 litres of real Carlsberg beer. We have GOT to get our hands on this!
